Południowy Tyrol

Runs by difficulty

  • blue 68.2 km
  • red 64.8 km
  • black 18.9 km

The split comes from OpenStreetMap. A run with no difficulty tag falls into none of the three bars, so they can add up to less than the resort total.

The colours under the axis show school-holiday traffic per week of winter 2026/2027, from the holidays chapter — the curve is a long-term average, the traffic is this one season. A green band marks a quiet week in a month with at least 70 % of the snowiest month’s snowfall. This season: 30 Nov – 20 Dec, 1 Mar – 14 Mar.

This is snowfall, not snow depth on the slope: it says how much usually falls in a given month, not how much lies there. The measuring point sits close to the valley floor, so higher up it snows more.

Is Drei Zinnen – Tre Cime worth it?

Drei Zinnen takes its name from the Tre Cime di Lavaredo — three rock towers that are one of the most recognisable sights in the Dolomites. The resort lies in Sexten, in South Tyrol, and you ski below faces that others come to climb. This is skiing where the scenery counts at least as much as the runs themselves.

In our measurement from OpenStreetMap it comes to about 92 km of pistes, weighted toward easy and intermediate. This is calm, family terrain; there is little that is steep, and the core is broad, well-groomed descents with a view of the Dolomite towers.

The lift climbs to around 2,539 m and the lower stations sit at around 1,200 m, so the vertical is large and the snow up high holds well. The season usually runs from December to April.

Drei Zinnen is part of Dolomiti Superski, so the price we give is a six-day adult ticket for that whole area — €436 from the high-season rate list (checked 13 August 2026), covering all the Superski valleys, not just Sexten. Check prices with the operator before you travel. The drive from Poland is one of the shorter in this set: about 993 km from Wrocław, 833 from Katowice, 909 from Kraków.
