Runs by difficulty
- blue 110.5 km
- red 23.8 km
- black 27.2 km
The split comes from OpenStreetMap. A run with no difficulty tag falls into none of the three bars, so they can add up to less than the resort total.

How much snow is forecast
No snowfall is forecast for the days ahead — computed for 3,398 m above sea level.
This is a weather-model forecast, not a measurement taken on the mountain: it says how much snow is expected to fall. Forecast: Open-Meteo, CC BY 4.0. Data fetched 15 August, 05:26.

Average snowfall per month, in centimetres. Below the axis: average day and night temperature.
The lifts usually run here from 29 Nov to 3 May, and that is the span of the chart. Dates published by the resort, checked 2026-08-15.
average snowfall, cm/month threshold: 70 % of the snowiest month
quiet moderate holiday peak too little snow or outside the holiday calendar snowy and quiet
The colours under the axis show school-holiday traffic per week of winter 2026/2027, from the holidays chapter — the curve is a long-term average, the traffic is this one season. A green band marks a quiet week in a month with at least 70 % of the snowiest month’s snowfall. This season: 7 Dec – 20 Dec, 11 Jan – 31 Jan.
This is snowfall, not snow depth on the slope: it says how much usually falls in a given month, not how much lies there. The measuring point sits close to the valley floor, so higher up it snows more.

Places to stay by the lift
Distance is measured in a straight line to the base station of the nearest lift. No booking site publishes that number — it comes from matching accommodation against lift geometry.
- 13 within 300 m
- 106 within 1 km
- 133 places in the valley
The closest one stands 97 m from a lift.

Is Les Deux Alpes worth it?
Les Deux Alpes lives off its glacier. The lifts carry you to one of the highest lift-served points in the Alps, and the glacier allows skiing into the summer too — one of the few resorts where the season does not end when the valley snow melts. From top to bottom runs one of the longer descents in this part of the Alps.
In our measurement from OpenStreetMap it comes to about 161 km of pistes, with a very large share of easy runs — there are more greens and blues here than everything else combined. That is misleading, because Les Deux Alpes also has a reputation as a resort for strong skiers: the real steepness is off-piste, and next door lies La Grave, one of the most demanding freeride areas in the Alps.
The altitude of the glacier makes this one of the more snow-sure resorts in the whole set; snow arrives early and holds late, and skiing on the glacier itself can be possible outside winter too. Check exact elevations with the operator.
We give the ski pass as a six-day adult ticket: €326.50 from the resort's high-season rate list (checked 13 August 2026); outside peak it is cheaper. Check prices with the operator before you travel. The drive from Poland: about 1,476 km from Wrocław, 1,549 from Katowice, 1,625 from Kraków.
